本文从引进培养高端人才的角色、政策和环境三个方面比较美国、德国、日本、新加坡等典型国家高端人才引进培养的主要做法,并进一步分析中外高端人才管理创新中管理理念和管理机制的差异。在总结外国高端人才引进培养管理的先进经验和我国现阶段高端人才引进培养管理方面存在问题的基础上,提出了针对我国高端人才引进培养和管理创新的对策措施。***
This article compares the main practices of introducing and cultivating high-end talents in typical countries such as the United States, Germany, Japan and Singapore from the aspects of the role, policy and environment of introducing and cultivating high-end talents, and further analyzes the differences in management philosophy and management mechanism between Chinese and foreign high-end talent management innovations . On the basis of summing up the advanced experiences of foreign high-end talents in introducing training and management and the problems in the introduction and cultivation of high-end talents in our country at the present stage, this paper puts forward some countermeasures against the introduction and cultivation of Chinese high-end talents. ***
