提出了一种乙烯装置全流程模拟流程中C2H6,C3H8循环流的快速收敛法,使全流程的模拟速度提高了5倍以上。在裂解炉投料方案、投料量、原料组成和裂解炉温度变化时,能快速地计算出炉出口总的组成分布情况。
A rapid convergence method of C2H6 and C3H8 circulating flow in the whole flow simulation process of ethylene plant was proposed, which improved the simulation speed of the whole process more than 5 times. In the cracking furnace feeding program, feeding amount, composition of raw materials and cracking furnace temperature, can quickly calculate the distribution of the total composition of the furnace outlet distribution.
