目的评价慢性中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)患者双眼脉络膜厚度频域光相干断层扫描检查(frequency domain optical coherence tomography,FD-OCT)的价值。方法 2014年1月-2015年8月,筛选本院眼科门诊收治的单眼慢性CSC患者62例,进行FD-OCT检查。结果病眼屈光度-球镜、脉络膜厚度高于健眼,最佳校正视力、中心凹神经上皮层低于健眼,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病眼最佳校正视力与年龄、病程无相关性,与中心凹神经上皮层(r=385)、脉络膜厚度(r=-0.298)呈相关性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗前、治疗后1、3、6个月,脉络膜厚度、0°、90°、180°处距中心凹1.5 mm脉络膜厚度逐渐下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FD-OCT检查慢性CSC患者脉络膜厚度,可反映脉络膜、视网膜代谢情况,分析疾病阶段,指导临床治疗。
Objective To evaluate the value of frequency domain optical coherence tomography (FD-OCT) in patients with chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). Methods From January 2014 to August 2015, 62 patients with monocular chronic CSC admitted to our ophthalmology clinic were selected for FD-OCT examination. Results The diopter of the eye - spherical, choroid thickness was higher than that of the healthy eye, the best corrected visual acuity, the inferior concave neurosensory cortex was lower than the healthy eye, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The best corrected visual acuity of the diseased eyes had no correlation with age and course of disease, and had significant correlation with the thickness of the concave neural epithelium (r = 385) and the choroidal thickness (r = -0.298) (P <0.01) The thickness of choroid at the anterior, chin, 0 °, 90 ° and 180 ° farther away from the foveal 1.5 mm gradually decreased at 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion FD-OCT examination of choroidal thickness in patients with chronic CSC, choroidal and retinal metabolism can reflect the situation, analysis of the disease stage, to guide clinical treatment.
