工业炉窑的热效率是其最重要的热工特性参数,是评价炉窑设备能量利用水平的依据。国家标准《设备热效率计算通则》上定义:“设备热效率是指热设备为达到特定目的,供给能量利用的有效程度在数量上的表示,它等于有效能量对供给能量的百分数”。工业炉窑的热效率是按不同体系而言的,分为炉膛热效率、炉窑热效率和炉窑系统热效率。工业炉窑的热效率按炉窑状态的不同分为正常工作状况下测定或计算的热效率与一段生产时期内的平均热效率(综合热效率)。下面提到的皆为前者。
The thermal efficiency of industrial furnace is its most important thermal performance parameters, which is the basis for evaluating the energy utilization of furnace equipment. The national standard “Equipment Thermal Efficiency Calculation General” defines: “Equipment thermal efficiency refers to the thermal equipment to achieve a specific purpose, the availability of energy use is expressed in terms of the number of levels, it is equal to the effective energy on the percentage of energy supply.” The thermal efficiency of industrial furnaces is based on different systems, divided into furnace thermal efficiency, furnace thermal efficiency and thermal efficiency of the kiln system. The thermal efficiency of industrial furnaces is divided into the thermal efficiency measured or calculated under normal operating conditions and the average thermal efficiency (overall thermal efficiency) over a period of production according to the state of the kiln. Mentioned below are all the former.
