教学策略是指以一定的教育思想为指导,在特定的教学情境中,为实现教学目标而制定并在实施过程中不断调适、优化,以使教学效果趋于最佳的系统决策与设计。它是组织教学、选择教法、调控各教学要素关系的依据。教学策略的选择可反映教学设计者的教育思想和主张。差异发展教学,是指在课堂教学活动中,充分尊重学生的个体差异,并运用适当的教学策略,合理地开展差异性教学活动,以促进学生的个性化发展。对此,我作了如下差异性教学探索。
Instructional strategy refers to the systematic decision-making and design guided by certain educational thoughts, formulated in order to achieve the teaching objectives in specific teaching situations and constantly adapted and optimized in the process of implementation so that the teaching effect tends to be optimal. It is the basis for organizing teaching, choosing teaching methods and regulating the relationship between various teaching elements. The choice of teaching strategies can reflect the educational ideas and propositions of instructional designers. Differential development of teaching, refers to the classroom teaching activities, fully respect the individual differences of students, and the use of appropriate teaching strategies, reasonable to carry out different teaching activities to promote the individual development of students. In this regard, I made the following differences in teaching and exploration.
