应用模糊推理方法提出一种将所计算的评价模糊量进行反模糊化,以得出一个清晰的评价值.这样能够建立输入因素与输出评价量的映射.并基于模糊推理系统研究了在能见度、风、流等因素影响下的操船环境危险度的模型,对此模型进行仿真,其结果与实际主观感觉的情况相符
Applying fuzzy inference method to propose a fuzzy evaluation of the calculated amount of fuzzy to get a clear evaluation value. This creates a mapping of input factors to output ratings. Based on the fuzzy inference system, the model of marine environmental risk under the influence of visibility, wind, flow and other factors is studied. The model is simulated and the result is consistent with the actual subjective perception
