目的比较研究肾上腺素排龈线及硫酸铁排龈线临床应用过程中AST水平的动态变化,为临床排龈提供参考。方法选择临床固定修复患者112例共136颗基牙,随机分为两组,A组利用0.1%肾上腺素排龈线进行排龈,B组利用15%硫酸铁排龈线进行排龈,检测排龈前后龈沟液中AST水平的变化并进行分析。结果肾上腺素排龈线及硫酸铁排龈线排龈后d 1、d 3、d 5内的AST水平与排龈前相比具有显著差异,且d 1、d 3、d 5 A组与B组AST的水平具有显著差异。结论含有两组药物的排龈线在排龈过程中均可对牙周细胞造成明显损伤,损伤可在9 d内恢复,但在排龈后5 d内肾上腺素排龈线造成的损伤程度明显小于硫酸铁排龈线。
Objective To compare the dynamic changes of AST levels during the clinical application of epinephrine and esophageal gingival retraction lines to provide reference for clinical gingival retraction. Methods A total of 136 abutments were randomly divided into two groups.
