在课余与学生交流的过程中经常可以听到这样的声音:“数学作业真的是太烦了,枯燥无味!”对于这样的声音,大部分教师都是熟视无睹.殊不知这样的情绪一旦长期在学生当中蔓延,必定会影响到大家完成数学作业的积极性,更会影响到他们的数学学习热情.作为一名初中数学教师,从工作至今我一直致力于研究如何优化设计初中数学作业,减轻学生的课业负担.那么,在减负增效的大背景下究竟如何对我们的初中数学作业进行优化设计呢?下面,我总结其中的几点论述如下.
