曲阳新村是上海近郊新辟的一个大型居住区(图1),全区占地77.72公顷,住宅建筑面积为870,374平方米,其中高层住宅面积为9万多平方米,可以居住8万多人。全区由城市道路划分为六个居住小区(图1),自1979年初开始全面规划设计,目前西南小区已经基本建成,西北、东北二个小区亦已大部建成。 Quyang New Village is a large residential area newly built in the suburbs of Shanghai (Figure 1). The area occupies 77.72 hectares, and the residential building area is 870,374 square meters, of which the high-rise residential area is more than 90,000 square meters and can accommodate more than 80,000 people. The district is divided into six residential communities by urban roads (Figure 1). Since the beginning of 1979, it has been fully planned and designed. At present, the southwest district has been basically completed, and the northwest and northeastern two communities have also been completed.
