刚步入教师行列时我就听到过这样一句话:没有教不好的学生,只有不会教的老师。当时对这句话很反感,觉得太绝对了,对教师不公平。但随着年龄、教龄的增长和不间断的学习,我开始重新审视这句话。对于孩子天生固有的一些东西,教师无法改变,但可以不断改变自己的教育教学理念、方法和手段,去适应每一个不同的班级、不同的学生。《义务教育数学课程标准(2011年版)》把原来体现课程核心理念的3句话,概括为2句话:“人人都能获得良好的数学教
