氯乙醇是一种氯代脂肪族醇类有机溶剂,主要用于生产乙二醇,环氧乙烷和制药。为研究其致畸和致突变作用,我们进行了大鼠致畸试验、Ames试验和小鼠微核试验。现将结果报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1材料氯乙醇,浓度96%,上海南翔勤耕化工厂生产。 1.2致畸试验实验动物:由中国医科大学动物室提供的Wistar大鼠,体重200g左右。剂量:参考氯乙醇对大鼠经口LD_(50)71.3mg/kg,设3个剂量组,相当于1/6、1/20、1/40 LD_(40)(12.63、3.89、L 95 mg/kg)。试验方法按文献。 1.3.Ames试验菌株TA_(98)、TA_(100)取自辽宁省卫生防疫站。剂量:将氯乙醇分为5个剂量组,1、2、3、4、5mg/皿,每组又分加S_9和不加S_9。试验方法按文献。 1.4微核试验试验动物:由辽宁省职工医学院动物室提供的雄性小鼠,体重18~22g。剂量:分为3
Chloroethanol is a chlorinated aliphatic alcoholic organic solvent used mainly in the production of ethylene glycol, ethylene oxide and pharmaceuticals. To study its teratogenic and mutagenic effects, we performed rat teratogenicity test, Ames test and mouse micronucleus test.
