Vinyl chloride is a large amount of monomers used in the synthesis of plastics such as polyvinyl chloride. By 1980, the world’s production reached 1,200 to 12.5 million tons. Since 1971, animal experiments found that it has carcinogenic effects, countries conducted a series of studies. On the carcinogenic vinyl chloride, mutagenic and teratogenic effects have been introduced, this article only in recent years to make a review of the material. Carcinogenicity Study of human exposure to vinyl chloride caused hepatic angiosarcoma, since Creeh reported 4 cases, all have been found in some countries, so far have been 102 cases. All over Europe, Asia, the Americas more than 10 countries. Vinyl chloride induced
