学困生的学习逆反心理指的是缺乏学习动机或学习动机不足,造成对学习产生不同程度的厌烦情绪,因而不想学,不愿学,不想做作业,不想看书等。如果老师对学困生的学习逆反熟视无睹,任其发展,其结果必然造成学困生学习成绩越来越差,影响其前途。因此,教师应积极主动地去理解和关爱学困生。激发学习兴趣,诱发学困生学习动机;树立学习榜样,引导学困生消除学习逆反心理;建立平等、和谐的师生关系,为学困生营造良好的教学氛围。从而让学困生在轻松、愉快的心理状态下产生积极向上的力量,树立自信心,自觉主动地学习。
