设计了一种由电磁驱动的微机械可调式光衰减器。这种光衰减器是由电磁驱动插在两对准单模光纤间隙中的挡光片来实现光功率的衰减。并对该衰减器的插入损耗、光衰减量以及电磁驱动器的性能进行了分析。
An electromagnetically driven micromechanical tunable optical attenuator is designed. This kind of optical attenuator is the attenuation of the optical power realized by the electromagnetically driven light-blocking sheet inserted in the gaps between two aligned single-mode optical fibers. The insertion loss of the attenuator, the amount of light attenuation and the performance of the electromagnetic actuator were analyzed.
