我厂自1979年将直径400~600毫米的一条离心工艺线改造成悬辊工艺线以来,已完成了直径200~300毫米和600~1500毫米4条排水管工艺线的改造任务,使我厂排水管的产质量获得同步增长。1983年荣获国家银质奖,1984年全国产品质量行检又获第一名。目前为适应城市排水工程的需要,两条大型排水管悬辊工艺线组建投产。实践证明,用悬辊工艺生产排水管是取得明显的技术经济效益的有效途径。但悬辊工艺并非完美无缺,笔者认为当前该工艺存在的主要问题,是成型大口径排水管时易发生内塌,甚至大面积内塌。据调查,这是大口径悬辊管普遍的质量问题。

Practice has proved that the use of hanging roller process to produce drainage pipes is an effective way to achieve obvious technical and economic benefits. However, the suspension roller process is not perfect. The author believes that the main problem in the current process is that the large-diameter drain pipe is prone to internal collapse and even a large area of collapse. According to the survey, this is a common quality issue for large diameter suspension roller tubes.
