作为一位在中小学从教十年左右的教师,大多数教师应该都有学习各种各样的教学模式的经历,那么有多少人真正从中受益?有多少人是在各种各样模式的应付中丢失了自我的特色呢?提出了两个困惑:为什么学习这样的那样的模式的最终的结果都是不了了之?为什么教学非得有一个统一的模式呢?并探讨了原因:教育管理者从上而下的急功近利。希望每一个老师能通过自身的学习成为一个独一无二的有着自己的教学风格的老师。
As a teacher who has been teaching in primary and secondary schools for about ten years, most teachers should have experienced learning a variety of teaching modes. How many people really benefit from it? How many people are coping with all kinds of modes? Lost self-characteristics? Two puzzles were raised: why the ultimate result of learning such a model is irrelevant? Why does teaching have to have a unified model? And explore the reasons: education managers from Top-down quick success. I hope every teacher through their own learning to become a unique teacher with their own teaching style.
