随着经济建设的迅速发展,目前,建筑钢材在市场上供不应求,在保证工程质量的前提下,建筑工程中可以从以下几个方面节约钢材。一、钢筋加工方面1.钢筋采用冷拉。钢筋冷拉是提高钢筋强度和硬度、发挥钢筋强度潜力的方法。通过冷拉,Ⅰ级钢筋一般可拉长7%~10%;Ⅱ、Ⅲ级钢筋一般可拉长3%~5%。冷拉后增加的钢筋长度有效地节约了钢筋。目前钢筋加工过程中的几个工序已经和钢筋冷拉结合在一起。比如通过冷拉进行钢筋调直、除锈和检验焊接质量。因此,钢筋冷拉具有综合效益。
