近年来β_2微球蛋白(简称β_2MG)的测定已被广泛用于肾机能检查,而血清β_2MG的测定则被认为是估价肾小球滤过率的一项敏感试验(1.2)。我们对生后一周内足月正常新生儿的血清β_2MG进行了测定,现报告如下。对象和方法 1986年10月~1987年6月,我们对本院产科婴儿室92例足月顺产出生的正常新生儿一周内的血清β_2MG进行了测定。其中男婴48例,女婴44例,均为适于胎龄儿(AGA)。共取得血清标本131份。其中男婴标本55份,女婴标本76份,凡Apgar评分低于7,在婴儿室住院期间有异常表现的新生儿均不列入本研究中。采取的标本待血清析出后即吸出贮存在-20℃冰箱中备用,贮存期不超过3周。β_2MG
In recent years, the determination of β_2 microglobulin (β_2MG) has been widely used in renal function tests, and serum β_2MG was considered to estimate glomerular filtration rate of a sensitive test (1.2). We measured the serum β 2 MG of full-term normal newborns within one week after birth, and the report is as follows. Subjects and Methods From October 1986 to June 1987, we measured serum β_2MG levels in 92 normal newborns with full-term births in our obstetrical department. Among them, 48 were male and 44 were female, all of whom were suitable for gestational age (AGA). A total of 131 serum samples were obtained. Including 55 baby boy specimens and 76 baby girl specimens. Neonates with abnormal Apgar scores less than 7 and those who were hospitalized in the infant room were excluded from the study. Samples taken to be precipitated after serum is stored at -20 ℃ refrigerator spare, storage period of no more than 3 weeks. β_2MG
