数学语言作为一种表达科学思想的通用语言和数学思维的载体,具有抽象性、准确性、简约性和形式化等特点.一旦学生准确地掌握了数学语言,那么他(她)就掌握了进行数学思维、表达和交流的工具。显然,数学语言的学习对学生数学能力的培养至关重要。所以,在一定程度上可以说学生学习数学的过程是学习、掌握、应用数学语言的过程,是数学语言不断形成、内化、规范、运用的过程。
