为了解决固调整井时水泥浆“失重”,固井质量变差的问题,江苏油田采取的有效措施之一是在水泥浆中添加膨胀剂—QJ-625。在常温条件下,膨胀剂和水泥浆不发生化学反应。在井温条件下,膨胀剂和水泥浆发生化学反应,生成均匀分布、互不连通的微小气泡,补偿了水泥浆“失重”而降低的压力和水泥浆凝固而缩小的体积。室内试验证明,加0.2% QJ-625的水泥浆,恒温75℃养护120 min,总装量膨胀22 %,析水后浆量膨胀16%。添加膨胀剂后的水泥浆,析水率、失水量都明显降低,初终凝时间和稠化时间都有延长,流动性变好,抗压强度几乎无变化。经2个地区5口调整井试验,取得了较好的效果。
In order to solve the problem of “weightlessness” and cementing quality of cement slurry during solid-well adjustment, one of the effective measures taken by Jiangsu Oilfield is to add expander-QJ-625 to cement slurry. The addition of expansive cement slurry, water analysis, water loss were significantly reduced, the initial and final coagulation time and thickening time has been extended, mobility is better, almost no change in compressive strength. After two wells in 5 wells to adjust the test, and achieved good results.
