进入新时期以来,各级党政干部培训机构为改进和加强干部教育培训,互动研讨参与式培训方法得到越来越广泛应用,但是有时由于研讨目的不明确、流程设计不合理,或者导致研讨流于形式走过场,或者有头无尾,或者死气沉沉,直接影响了研讨效果。尤其对于规模较大、培训时间较短的班次如何有效组织研讨还是需要不断探索的课题。笔者基于过去十多年组织研讨的实践,提出只要抓好研讨目的、研讨方案、科学分组等因素就能够在大培训班上开展有效研讨。

The participatory training methods for interactive discussions have been more and more widely used. Especially for the larger, shorter training time how to effectively organize seminars or need to continue to explore the issue. Based on the practice of organizing research over the past decade or so, the author proposes that effective discussions should be conducted in major training programs provided that they do a good job in researching objectives, studying programs, and dividing up groups of sciences.
