本文阐述了等离子喷涂过程中氧化钛纳米粉的相变特征和显微结构的变化特征.利用XRD和TEM分析方法分别对氧化钛纳米微粒进行晶体结构和显微结构研究,并对其晶胞参数进行了计算.结果表明,该条件下等离子喷涂的氧化钛微粒属于三斜晶系,其粒径分布大约在10~100um的范围.作为对比,同时进行了氧化钛纳米粉体在烧结过程中相变及微结构变化的研究.
In this paper, the phase transition and microstructure characteristics of titanium dioxide nanopowders during plasma spraying are described. The crystal structure and microstructure of titanium oxide nanoparticles were investigated by XRD and TEM respectively. The unit cell parameters were calculated. The results show that the plasma sprayed titania particles belong to the triclinic system under the conditions, and their particle size distribution is in the range of 10 ~ 100um. As a comparison, the phase transition and microstructure changes of titanium oxide nanopowders during sintering were also studied.
