为了解决水资源规划庞杂的知识及其整合问题,构建了以工作流为主线的水资源知识管理框架。该框架考虑到水资源综合规划与管理涉及面广、半结构化明显的特点,将知识管理和业务流程相结合,完成水资源规划各流程的知识流和关键知识节点的梳理。以全球环境基金(Global Environment Facility,GEF)海河流域水资源水环境综合管理项目为背景,说明了该框架的应用过程。该管理框架可以有效地实现水资源规划的知识管理以及稳定而可持续的知识积累,为数字流域模型作准备。
In order to solve the complex knowledge and integration of water resources planning, a knowledge management framework of water resources based on workflow is constructed. The framework takes into account the wide range of water resources planning and management, semi-structured obvious characteristics, the combination of knowledge management and business processes to complete the flow of knowledge and knowledge of key processes in the water resources planning card sorting. Based on the Global Environment Facility (GEF) Haihe River Basin Integrated Water and Water Environment Management Project, the application process of this framework is illustrated. The management framework can effectively manage the knowledge of water resources planning and the accumulation of stable and sustainable knowledge in preparation for the digital watershed model.
