以IT外包为背景,考虑IT外包多任务委托代理的特点,对Holmstrom和Milgrom的多任务委托代理模型进行扩展,建立了IT外包多任务目标协调均衡的激励机制模型。模型通过调节多任务的激励强度来引导IT服务商对各项任务的最优努力分配,并对激励强度与各变量之间的关系进行深入分析。论文指出由于任务之间的边际努力成本替代性存在,在激励降低IT投资成本方面需要谨慎,IT外包商必须根据各参数的变化科学地安排报酬激励在各个任务之间的分配,实现双方收益的帕累托改进。
Taking IT outsourcing as the background, taking into account the characteristics of IT outsourcing multi-task principal-agent, the multi-task principal-agent models of Holmstrom and Milgrom are extended, and an incentive mechanism model of IT outsourcing multi-task goal coordination and equilibrium is established. The model guides the IT service providers in the optimal allocation of tasks by adjusting the multi-task incentive intensity, and further analyzes the relationship between incentive intensity and each variable.
