为响应新课程改革的号召,很多初中数学教师已经积极参与到转换传统教学模式的队伍中来,较为突出的便是由学生独立学习向小组合作学习的转变.不过因为固有教学模式对教师及学生的影响极深,所以在转变的过程中遇到了一些阻碍与问题,这令小组合作学习于教学中的所得效果并不尽如人意,且未发挥其应有的积极作用.故而笔者将会结合自身的教学经验,来对小组合作学习的模式于初中数学教学中的应用作出相应的探究.
