高校出版社工作会议已经开过3次了,第一次是在1986年,在十一届三中全会后高校出版社迅速发展的情况下召开的;第二次是在1988年,在深化改革的形势下召开的;第三次是在今年4月下旬召开的。这次会议的召开,是在出版社整顿、重新登记之后,出版部门要进一步繁荣,要把自己的工作重心转移到为经济建设和改革开放服务上来。会议可以说是适逢其时,对每一个出版社,可以说是任重道远。
