发动机异响标志发动机某一机构的技术状态已发生变化,主要原因是有些零件磨损过甚或装配、调整不当引起的。发动机缸盖内异响故障是一种普遍发生在各个发动机生产厂家的典型故障,由于每款发动机缸盖内的结构不同,造成缸盖异响的发生部位不同。本文以分析影响某公司X系列发动机缸盖异响的关键因素作为主线,以发动机缸盖为机械挺柱结构及工作原理作为依据,通过评审现场装配工艺、过程质量管控、外购件质量、设计尺寸等手段,利用大量的实验数据作为支持,对影响发动机缸盖异响的关键因素一一进行阐述。
