一、塑造师德的光辉形象,传播师德文明风范花园小学教育集团南部校区扬子津小学是城郊结合部的新建学校,学校先后组织班主任进行师德事迹的宣讲活动,班主任教师娓娓讲述了感人的事迹。一年级的一位教师讲述了自己为学生清洗尿湿了拉脏了的衣裤,自己忍着刺鼻的味道给学生做清洁工作;有的教师讲解了自己呵护问题学生的生命安全和集体的荣誉形象,关爱每个家庭的动人的事迹,这个学生经常制作小刀具、打架骂人等,教师守护他教育他,最终被家长称为心目中的“扬州好人”;有的教师讲解自己多年来从来没有和学生家长闹过矛盾,妥善处理教师和家长的关系,成就了自己多年的优秀班主任的荣誉称号。所有的感人的事迹都融合在一起,汇聚在教师的讲解里,也让教师在聆听中接受着心灵的洗礼,
