最近从电视新闻调查节目中看到,某乡因农民负担过重,引发群众上访。记者前往该乡调查,证实群众所反映问题基本属实。在调查过程中,作为该乡上级的市(县级市)领导特意出示了与乡里签订的责任状,以显示市里早有明确要求,采取约束措施。其意图很清楚:我已同乡里签了责任状,再出问题责任在乡里,不在我市里。说到底,市里意在推卸责任。
Recently, we can see from the television news survey that a certain township is overburdened with peasants and aroused people’s petition. Reporter went to the township investigation, confirmed that the masses basically reflect the problem.
