为了得到具有良好光催化性能,且易于成膜的纳米TiO_2,采用胶溶法制备透明TiO_2溶胶,以浸渍提拉方式涂膜,通过元素掺杂来提高纳米TiO_2的光催化性能,由实验结果可知,Fe、N共掺杂TiO_2薄膜的各项性能优于N掺杂、Fe掺杂,不论是单掺杂还是共掺杂其掺杂后的性能都比未掺杂的TiO_2光催化性能要好,Fe、N共掺杂TiO_2薄膜在180 min时对8 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率达到99%,接触角测试可知60 min紫外光光照时薄膜样品的接触角都下降到0°,且XRD分析可知制备的样品主要是锐钛矿相,SEM观察发现,制备的薄膜表面均匀致密,晶粒尺寸约为10 nm左右。
