当前社会中,市场在我国人力资源配置中已经越来越多的在发挥其基础性能,并且这种情况已经成为一种趋势,存在一定的必然性。但是当前也存在一系列的问题,比如政府中人力资源市场的市场化配置率比较低,相关法律法规还不是那么健全、其保障也不是很完备,这些问题都是需要人们进行密切的重视并加以改进的,同时也要对政府人力资源进行市场机制的完善以及深化配套的改革,本文笔者就将就政府加强市场化配置的问题进行探究。
