在中国教育不断反思的今天,人们格外推崇一种精神——创新精神。创新是教育发展最核心的动力。欧美为何成为诺贝尔奖的得奖大户?其中重要的一点是他们的教育注重创新精神的培养。教师如果想改变教育的现状,就要改变教学方式;如果想改变教学方式,就要改变思考方式;如果想改变思考方式,就要学习创新。创新意味着敢于打破常规,挣脱束缚,另辟蹊径。但是多少年来,口号叫得响,行动落实少,创新的路上,教师顾虑重重、困惑多多。究竟该如何在课堂教学中去实践这一理想的宏愿呢?
