分析了光固化快速成形机控制系统功能需求,设计了单机型快速成形机的控制系统,并且详细介绍了控制系统的总体结构及其特点。对于基于Windows的控制系统实时性进行了详细的论述,由于Windows系统在中断处理、线程调度和内核可被抢先等的特点,该文通过设计定时器的虚拟设备驱动程序和提高线程的优先级的方法,达到了控制系统的实时性能。
The functional requirements of the light curing rapid prototyping machine control system were analyzed. The control system of the single machine rapid prototyping machine was designed. The overall structure and characteristics of the control system were introduced in detail. This paper discusses the real-time of Windows-based control system in detail. Due to the characteristics of Windows system such as interrupt handling, thread scheduling and kernel preemption, this paper designs timer’s virtual device driver and improves the thread’s priority Method to achieve the real-time performance of the control system.
