编稿人语关于在当前语文“减负”中要把握好六个关系的意见值得重视。随着素质教育的深入推进,对“减负”问题的思考和认识也应现进一步。确实,“减负”不只是各级教育主管部门的事,也并非是一个浅层次问题,它涉及许多方面。其中教学观念是一个重要的因素,如果应度教育凤念不转变,教师很难在学生的学法指导,能力培养等方面下功夫,就不会致力于课内的“增效”和学生心理负担的减轻,也就难于实现真正意义上的“减负”
