技校是专门培养中级技术工人的,学生在这里学好科学技术,将来才能成为有一技之长的工人。学生原来所学的内容是理论性较强的基础知识,进入技校后,所学的内容比较抽象枯燥,接触到很多专业术语,从学生心理方面来说,是一个挑战。从初中学习理论知识,一下子转变为学习技术课程,学习对象有了很大的改变,学习目的也有转变。因而在心理上也形成一定的反差。根据这种情况,教师在专业课教学中要逐渐培养他们的学习兴趣。兴趣是学习的向导,也是学习的强大动力,有趣就会乐学,有趣就会入迷地钻研和探索真理。正如俄国教育家乌申斯基所说:“没有丝毫兴趣的强制性学习,将会扼杀学生探求真理的欲望。”因而在教学中既要树立学生学好技术知识的信心,又要认真备课,化难为易,使他们对专业课的学习有更高的兴趣。
