分层教学摈弃了“一刀切”的笼统做法,采取因材施教的方式,使不同层次的学生都能获得最大的发展和进步。分层教学虽然为转化学困生提供了可能,但是如果运用不当,就会影响到学生的健康成长和班集体的团结和谐。
Layered teaching has abandoned the general practice of “one size fits all” and adopted the method of teaching students according to their aptitude so as to enable students of all levels to achieve maximum development and progress. Though the teaching of stratification provides the possibility for poor students in transitional medicine, their improper use will affect the healthy growth of students and the unity and harmony of class groups.
