提出应用芳胺类化合物--苯胺还原酸浸大洋多金属结核的新方法。研究表明,苯胺是大洋多金属结核酸浸的高效有机还原剂,常温(室温)、常压下,添加少量苯胺,将多金属结核矿样在酸介质中浸出10~20min。各有价金属即可得到很高的浸出率:锰、钴、镍大于97%。铜大于91%。该方法浸出工艺条件简单,矿浆易于固液分离,药耗小,苯胺来源厂,价格低。该方法具有很好的应用前景。
A new method of applying aromatic amines - aniline to reduce the concentration of oceanic polymetallic nodules was proposed. The results show that aniline is an efficient organic reductant for oceanic polymetallic nodule acid leaching. A small amount of aniline is added at ambient temperature (room temperature) and atmospheric pressure to extract the polymetallic nodule sample in an acid medium for 10-20 min. Each valuable metal can get very high leaching rate: manganese, cobalt, nickel is greater than 97%. Copper is more than 91%. The method has the advantages of simple leaching process conditions, easy solid-liquid separation of pulp, low drug consumption, low price of aniline source plant. The method has good application prospects.
