目的研究肉豆蔻及炮制品醇提取物的止泻及抗炎作用。方法采用番泻叶致小鼠腹泻模型、正常小鼠小肠推进实验及二甲苯致耳水肿模型,观察肉豆蔻及炮制品90%乙醇提取物的止泻、抗炎作用。结果止泻作用为面煨肉豆蔻>麸煨肉豆蔻>肉豆蔻,抗炎作用为麸煨肉豆蔻>面煨肉豆蔻>肉豆蔻。结论肉豆蔻经炮制后止泻、抗炎作用均增强,但麸煨肉豆蔻与面煨肉豆蔻组间无显著性差异。
Objective To study the anti-diarrhea and anti-inflammatory effects of nutmeg and processed alcohol extract. Methods Diarrhea model induced by senna, small intestine in normal mice and model of xylene-induced ear edema were used to observe the antidiarrheal and anti-inflammatory effects of 90% ethanol extract of nutmeg and processed products. Result of anti-diarrhea effect Simmered Nutmeg> Braised Nutmeg> Nutmeg anti-inflammatory effect for gluten Nutmeg> Noodles Simmered nutmeg> Nutmeg. Conclusions After the nutmeg was processed, the anti-diarrhea and anti-inflammatory effects were all enhanced. However, there was no significant difference between the braised cardamom and the braised cardamom group.
