The fundamental meaning of modern education lies in cultivating and training the spirit of innovation and in forming the ability to innovate in shaping a personality that is healthy and progressive and meets the requirements of the times. Inquiry-based learning is an effective way to cultivate students’ innovative ability and practical ability. The author introduces the attempt of inquiry-based teaching which is dominated by teachers and students as the main body in high school thought-moral class.
