“对症下药,量体裁衣”已成为现代课堂教学必须考虑的问题。在笔者施教的不同班级里,每个学生的认知情感和个性都是不相同的,这种差异导致了学生对教学的不同需求。在生物教学中,如何顾及学生的个体差异,满足学生对教学的不同需求,从而促使全体学生都能在原有基础上获得最大限度的发展呢?针对这一问题,笔者在自己施教的班级中进行了“生物课堂实施差异教学,促进学生个性化学习”的课题实验,收到了较好的效果。
