随着中国经济的迅猛发展,中国的国际地位随之得到提高,一股学习汉语的热潮在全球逐渐形成。然而,在“汉语热”的背后,汉语师资匮乏已经成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文在对汉语教师进行类型分析的基础上,结合美国高校师资培训的个案描述,概括出汉语教师强化培训的模式,并阐述该模式的理论依据、培训目标及培训途径,以期为海内外各层次汉语教学师资的强化培训提供一些建设性的意见。
With the rapid development of China’s economy, China’s international status has been raised. An upsurge of learning Chinese has gradually taken shape in the world. However, behind the “Chinese hot”, lack of Chinese teachers has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the type analysis of Chinese teachers and the case description of American college teacher training, this paper summarizes the model of intensive training of Chinese teachers, and expounds the theoretical basis, training objectives and training approaches of the model, with a view to providing training for all levels at home and abroad Chinese teaching teachers to provide intensive training to provide some constructive advice.
