将企业做强做大,是每个企业家的梦想。因此,在各种行业交流会上,大家谈得比较多的就是如何发展壮大。可能是由于环亚十几年来从美容院、美容学校、经销商、制造商到品牌运作,又在全国十几个省大大小小搞了一二十个分公司的原因吧,经常有人和我讨论这个问题。结合环亚企业的发展,我自己总结出一些经验体会,希望对大家有所帮助。企业扩张实际上是一个企业发展战略制订的问题。从战略层面上说,如何进行企业扩张,“三个遵循”值得考虑:
