In the 107Ag halo zone there is a sudden change of axis of rotation. This work will study the physical properties of this phenomenon through the measurement of energy level lifetimes. Experiments were carried out on the tandem accelerator HI-13 of China Institute of Atomic Energy. The heavy-ion fusion reaction of 100Mo (11B, 4n) 107Ag resides in the high-spin state of 107Ag with a beam energy of 46 MeV. The target is 100Mo of high purity with a mass thickness of 0.97mg / cm2; the liner is a natural Yb with a mass thickness of 8.8mg / cm2. Composed of 12 HPGe probes with anti-Compton devices
