为帮助教师提高自身专业素质,提升教师自身专业的研究深度,教育部门要求对教师进行更加深入有效的培训。也就是说,有效地研究教师发展的专业性,能够更好地帮助教师建立权威的培训方案;充分了解教师的专业素养,能够给教师提供更加适合的发展平台。在我国,小学阶段开设英语课程的时间较短,导致小学英语教师的素质不一。针对这一现象,教育部急需对英语教师进行更为系统的教学体系培训,以期提高教师的专业素养。本篇文章主要是针对英语教师进行相关专业化发展的内容展开的分析。
In order to help teachers improve their professional qualities and enhance their professional depth of study, the education department requires more in-depth and effective training for teachers. In other words, to effectively study the professional development of teachers can better help teachers to establish authoritative training programs; fully understand the professionalism of teachers and provide teachers with more suitable development platforms. In our country, the time for opening English courses in primary school is relatively short, which leads to the different qualities of primary English teachers. In response to this phenomenon, the Ministry of Education is urgently required to train English teachers in a more systematic teaching system with a view to enhancing their professionalism. This article is mainly for English teachers related to the development of the content of the analysis.
