The mathematics discipline has a high degree of abstraction, rigorous logic, and wide adaptability. The general trainees all reflected that the mathematics class was “difficult to get started, difficult to solve problems, heavy tasks, and low success.” I have been engaged in staff education for more than ten years and have paid attention to exploring the laws that improve the quality of adult mathematics teaching. This article only combines its own teaching practice, talk about some points. 1. Pay close attention to basic concepts and exercises, and focus on improving the quality of mathematics.
