对三十例胎龄为四至八个月的地方甲状腺肿和克汀病病区人工引产胎儿进行骨x线和形态学研究,并测定其T_3、T_4、TSH。另取非病区相应胎龄的胎儿二十例做对照。在病区胎儿中发现四例四肢骨骨质疏松。另有五例除骨质疏松外尚有骨钙化不全,表现为钙盐结晶呈团块状沉着在四肢骨骨髓中及增生性甲状腺肿;其中二例并有两侧下肢远端骨质脱钙。骨钙化不全胎儿均有血清TSH值升高,部分有T_4值降低。推测骨病变的发生与甲状腺机能低下TSH分泌增加导致甲状旁腺激素和降钙素分泌增加有关。
Thirty cases of goiter and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease induced by artificial induced labor in thirty-four gestational ages of four to eight months were studied by bone x-ray and morphometry, and T_3, T_4 and TSH were measured. Another non-ward corresponding gestational age fetus twenty cases of control. Four cases of limb osteoporosis were found in the ward fetus. Another five cases in addition to osteoporosis there are still bone calcification incomplete, manifested as calamitous crystals in clumps in the limbs bone marrow and hyperplastic goiter; of which two cases and lower extremity bone decalcification distal . Fetal calcium calcification incomplete fetal serum TSH value increased, some T_4 value decreased. Speculated that the occurrence of bone lesions and hypothyroidism TSH secretion lead to increased parathyroid hormone and calcitonin secretion.
