对国内某超低头板坯连铸机使用的两种喷嘴进行了冷态和热态性能的测定,获得了这两种喷嘴的水流密度分布特性和传热系数的函数关系式。为进一步研究二冷传热机理和设计合理二冷工艺制度以及喷嘴最佳布置方式打下了基础。
The cold and hot performance of two kinds of nozzles used in a super low head slab caster in China were measured and the function relationship of water flow density distribution and heat transfer coefficient was obtained. This laid the foundation for further research on the mechanism of secondary cooling heat transfer and the design of a reasonable secondary cooling system and the optimal arrangement of nozzles.
