念珠菌是条件致病菌,在机体免疫力下降或菌群失调时产生致病作用。我们对44例因不同疾病住院治疗中继发呼吸道白色念珠菌感染的患者,用酮康唑间歇疗法进行治疗和预防,收到满意效果,现报道如下。
