50岁以下的脑血管病发病原因复杂,发病率有升高的倾向,并常遗留有偏瘫、失语等后遗症,往往给工作和生活带来一定的困难。为此现将我院近十年收治的137例病人的临床观察做如下分析。一般资料男85人(62%),女52人(38%)。年龄16~20岁,9人(6.6%),21~30岁,25人(18.2%),31~40岁,34人(24.8%),41~50岁,69人(50.4%)。40岁以下共68人(49.6%), 起病与症状体征:急性起病96例(70%),亚急性起病31例(23%),缓慢起病10例(7%),主要症状有头痛、头昏、肢体麻木无力,语言障碍、恶心、呕吐、意识障碍等,病前有高血压病史41例,发病时血压增高54例。左侧肢体瘫痪62例,右侧肢体瘫痪75例。

Sixty-six patients (49.6%) under 40 years of age had onset and symptoms: 96 (70%) had acute onset, 31 (23%) had subacute onset, 10 (7%) had slow onset and the main symptoms There are headache, dizziness, limb numbness, language problems, nausea, vomiting, disturbance of consciousness, the history of hypertension in 41 cases, the onset of increased blood pressure in 54 cases. Left limb paralysis in 62 cases, right paralysis in 75 cases.
