我地区的教育从学制、课程设置、教学计划、教材、教法等方面,基本上还是传统教育的范畴,无可否认,这样的情况已不很适应现代经济建设的需要了,更谈不上适应“三个面向”的要求。由于整个教育结构基本还是单一结构(职业训练的学校很少)因此迫使同学们只有一条路子——升学。社会给学校的评价也就只能以升学率来做标准,而追求升学率则对中小学教育造成极大的冲击,使不适应的矛盾更加尖锐,现在已到了十分严重的地步,这是目前存在的一大弊端。 一、由于教育结构只能面向升学,小学五、六年级就被迫进行升学训练、初中毕业就更加紧张。有些教育部门也奉行一套面向升学的管理办法,如升学率的排队之类。这样一来,上下一心都盯着升学这一目标,因而补充教材,复习资料,课外练习
